Spring 2010 Transfer Student Registration Dates

We are delighted that you have decided to attend Rutgers-Newark. The following reminders are provided to assure your smooth transition through the registration and placement testing process.

1. You should immediately confirm your enrollment by going to the Your Rutgers Status webpage, or by mailing your Acknowledgement Letter and Acceptance Fee to the Office of Admissions.
2. Advanced online sign-up is required for all registration sessions. Advanced sign-up will also inform you IF you are required to take any placement exams and then assign an additional date for testing.
3. You must sign-up for a registration date at least 48 hours before the actual event, provided space is available.
4. In order to sign-up for a registration session, you will be asked to provide your Rutgers University Identification Number, also known as your RUID. Your RUID can be accessed via the Your Rutgers Status webpage.
5. You must bring a valid form of Photo ID (driver license, passport, high school ID) in order to take the placement exams. Students who do not have proper identification will not be allowed to take the placement exams.
