Restoration of Building
|
Current plans call for the demolition of the existing
structure and construction of a new townhouse with the same foot
print and number of stories as the building is severely damaged
from fire and water. The façade design is similar to the existing
with brick front, stone lintels, and entrance foyer. A ramp will
be provided for handicap access between 47 and 49 Bleeker Street.

Demolition is complete. Excavation & foundation
work along with underground drainage is being completed. Framing
of building should begin in late May.
